5 stars! I finished Stephen’s book at 3:15 A.M – couldn’t stop until I knew the ending. It’s a cross between a Bruce Lee movie and Dr. Phil. This is a great book. I have more than 1,100 books on my Kindle. CAMP DAVID TRAP is the best novel I’ve ever read.

I got chills…I was pulled into every word and found it difficult to stop reading for any breaks…captured my attention from the first page. Can't stop thinking about it…intense and fascinating!

The super short sections make this a great read for people who ‘don’t have time to read.’ It gives you quick little sections that make it easy to read in between life. Except there is one problem – you just don’t want to put it down. You are left feeling like, ‘Uhh wow, next chapter please!

This book is divided into a lot of small, easy-to-read chapters, organized by the type of common problems that people face in marriage. The author is very compassionate and very understanding of the pain people face when their marriage is in trouble, and he does a great job of presenting the Biblical worldview on marriage. His message, in fact his heart-felt plea, is for people to not only think twice, but think more than twice before going through with a divorce. I believe so much in this book that I have several copies on my bookshelf, ready to give as a gift to any friend who is considering a divorce. Very down-to-earth advice, highly recommended.

This is THE best marriage book I've ever read. Original, insightful, practical, very true to life, very Biblical. Don't get married without it!

My husband & I had a long standing issue in our marriage that would flair up every so often & cause pain & heartache. We are volunteers for a national Christian marriage conference, Christians (remarried), & had sought counseling over the years for this issue. Our last counselor recommended this book, & in particular the last chapter, which details how to "divorce" the marriage you now have & renew your vows. That was over 3 years ago, & the issue has NEVER resurfaced, & we are more in love now after 15+ years, thanks to Stephen Schwanbach. This book renewed my marriage!

This is a fantastic book that will change the mind of anyone considering divorce. It provides a balanced look at any excuse one might have for pursuing a divorce. And its so well-written with humor interjected that I found myself laughing out loud. Easy, informative, and enjoyable reading!

Trying to hold a marriage together? This book is the best available. Short little chapters that each deal with a specific topic. Some are very hard hitting. Generally, several will apply to your situation. If there is any hope, this book will help you uncover it. If I could give it more stars, I would. This is one book that should be in every person's library. BEST tool for holding a marriage together.

...we were BOTH guilty of being stubborn spouses! Both of us had been married before, and had brought alot of "excess baggage" into this marriage. Like many remarrieds, we needed to hear what Stephen had to say. We actually bought two copies of the book from Amazon and each read the chapters that applied to ourselves. Without divulging the final chapter, we followed the advise and counsel provided, and re-committed our marriage on our anniversary .... I have to say that it was powerful, meaningful, and binding. We feel more committed and more in love than we did on our wedding day thirteen years ago. Anyone who can identify with being stubborn, selfish, or self-centered in their marriage relationship should read this book. It is a real eye opener, and stops thoughts and threats of divorce dead it in tracks. And if you know of a couple struggling in their marriage, with all the "right" reasons and excuses why they should divorce, this book is for them!
